The liner and its air duct system are made of stainless steel, and stainless steel tubular electric heater is used at the same time. Horizontal air circulation, uniform temperature and high working efficiency.
The maximum working temperature is 250℃. Adopt digital PID automatic constant temperature, easy to operate. Suitable for drying, drying, heat preservation, curing, baking, testing and other heat treatments in various industries.
The shell of this box is cold-rolled steel plate, and the outer surface is painted with light gray paint. Thermal insulation rock wool is filled between the shell and the inner container to form a reliable thermal insulation layer. The heater is located at the top of the working room. Oven is a device for heating and drying objects with electric heating wire interlayer. Suitable for baking, drying and heat treatment. 1. The oven should be placed in a dry and horizontal place indoors to prevent vibration and corrosion.
2. Pay attention to the safe use of electricity, and install an electric knife with sufficient capacity according to the power consumption of the oven. Choose enough power conductors and have good grounding wires.
3. For the oven with mercury thermometer with electric contact, connect the two wires of the electric contact thermometer to the two terminals at the top of the box respectively. In addition, insert an ordinary mercury thermometer into the exhaust valve (the thermometer in the exhaust valve is used to check the mercury thermometer of the electric contact and observe the actual temperature in the box) and open the hole of the exhaust valve. After adjusting the mercury thermometer of the electric contact to the required temperature, tighten the screw on the steel cap to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. However, in the process of adjustment, care must be taken not to turn the indicator iron out of the scale.
4. After everything is ready, put the sample in the oven, then connect and turn on the power supply. The red indicator light indicates that the box has been heated. When the temperature reaches the control temperature, the red light turns off, the green light turns on, and the constant temperature starts. In order to prevent the temperature control from failing, someone must look after it.
5. When placing the test samples, be careful not to arrange them too close. Do not put the sample on the radiator, so as not to affect the upward flow of hot air. It is forbidden to bake inflammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive articles.
6. When you need to observe the sample in the studio, you can open the door of the outer channel box and observe it through the glass door. But it is best to open the door as little as possible, so as not to affect the constant temperature. Especially when working above 200℃, opening the door may cause the glass door to burst due to sudden cooling.
7. For the oven with blower, the blower must be turned on when heating at constant temperature, otherwise it will affect the temperature uniformity of the working room and damage the heating elements.
8. After the work, cut off the power supply in time to ensure safety.
9. Keep the oven clean inside and outside.
10. When in use, the temperature should not exceed the maximum temperature of the oven.
