2. When the noodles are cooked, pour them on the panel and roll them again with a rolling pin, in order to roll the tiny balls into noodles.
3. Put the oil (butter, chicken oil, butter and soybean oil) in the pan. When the oil is 7% ripe, put the noodles in the oil and stir-fry until the oil is dissolved in the noodles.
4. Spread the oil tea noodles evenly on a clean panel, and make them as thin as possible to dissipate heat. If they are piled together, the noodles may become paste due to residual heat.
5. Stir-fry sesame seeds (you can also add other nuts, such as chopped peanuts and walnuts) and mix them in the fried noodles. Add sugar and hot water when eating.
