The second local treatment. It is effective to treat localized vitiligo with glucocorticoid locally. Pay attention to the adverse reactions caused by long-term use of glucocorticoid. The commonly used drugs in clinic are halometasone ointment and mometasone furoate cream.
The second major aspect is phototherapy and photochemical therapy:
1, phototherapy. Mainly refers to narrow-wave ultraviolet rays, which have a certain effect on the treatment of localized or generalized vitiligo.
2. Photochemical therapy. Applying psoralea corylifolia tincture and sunbathing are good treatment options. The sun exposure time should not be too long, otherwise it is easy to appear erythema blisters. Adults and children over five years old can use it.
3. One used an immunosuppressant. For patients who are not suitable for long-term hormone use, tacrolimus and pimecrolimus can be used for treatment.
Transplantation therapy is suitable for patients with few lesions and no scar constitution in stable period.
