This phenomenon may be due to the following reasons:
1, slightly frozen cylinder, increased stirring resistance, motor can't drive reducer, which may lead to friction between belt and pulley;
2. When the belt is too loose and the ice cream is formed and the resistance becomes larger, the friction between the belt and the pulley is easy to occur.
Solution, tighten the drive belt to a proper degree!
If the first case occurs-frozen cylinder, the motor current value will be fed back and protective shutdown will occur to avoid belt friction and burning smell. Turn off the machine for 40 minutes to 1 hour, and then start the machine after the ice cream cake melts.
