How to Stir-Fry Sea Rainbow with Leek ?
Brush the fresh sea rainbow and place it directly into the wok, covered, over high heat.
When the sea rainbow is all open, you can fish it out and peel the meat (use the edge of the shell to spatula it and the column of meat will fall off).
Cut leeks and sprinkle with salt and white pepper and lightly scratched, ginger shredded
Heat the oil in a hot pan (the oil must be hot), into the shredded ginger, wait for 1-2 seconds, add leeks and sea rainbow, stir fry quickly, 10 seconds, add a little bit of fresh soy sauce, stir fry for 6-7 seconds, serve.
Tips
