Ingredients
2 sausages
4 garlic sprouts
2 spoons of light soy sauce
A small amount of salt
A little oil
Two cloves minced garlic
3 slices ginger
2 eggs
Method
1. Wash the garlic and ginger and chop them into pieces.
2. Wash the garlic sprouts and cut them into rhombuses with a diagonal knife.
3. Cut the sausages into rhombuses at an diagonal angle.
4. Stir the eggs into the egg liquid, fry the egg slices, and cut them into pieces.
5. Heat a pan with oil, put in minced garlic and ginger, and fry over low heat until fragrant.
6. Add the sausage and fry over low heat for 3 minutes until the color becomes moist.
7. Add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry continuously to coat all the garlic sprouts with oil.
8. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, turn to medium heat, and continue to stir-fry until the garlic sprouts turn green and gradually become soft.
9. The garlic sprouts are already cooked. Add the eggs and continue to stir-fry for 1 minute.
10. Add a small amount of soy sauce, continue to stir-fry evenly, add a little salt, and stir-fry evenly.
11. Put on the plates and arrange them.
