Ingredients
120g self-raising flour, 1 egg, 180ml water, broccoli, onion, squid
Method
1 .Mix self-raising flour, water and eggs evenly into a slurry
2. Heat the Teppanyaki and coat it with cooking oil
3. Add the slurry into the hole and add octopus and vegetable cubes (I fried it in advance)
4. Fill the batter completely, then flip it over.
5. Use a bamboo skewer to hold the meatballs, flip them, and roll them out
