Why do insomniacs always say they dream too much?
Often I hear people say, "I didn't get a good rest last night, I dreamed all night", "I dream a lot at night, I simply didn't fall asleep". Why do many insomnia patients complain of "dreaming all night or dreaming a lot"? Some people through the investigation and analysis, think with the following factors:

Can emotional stimulation also cause excessive dreaming and how to correct it?
We have already described in the relevant entry that dreaming is essential for every normal person and has some benefits. So why do so many people struggle with dreaming? They think that dreaming interferes with the effectiveness of sleep and thus many uncomfortable symptoms during the day. This is not actually the case, and if these people are questioned carefully, they will all find that there are various psychological factors that trouble them. It is these psychological factors that interfere with normal sleep at night and also cause other symptoms. They experience the pain caused by their troubles through their dreams as well.
