Black beans are cold, can enter the kidney, have the functions of moistening lung and clearing heat, promoting blood circulation and enriching blood, benefiting qi and calming the nerves, improving eyesight and strengthening spleen, and tonifying kidney and nourishing yin, and are strong and nourishing food. So, how can black beans be processed into our daily food?
Black beans soaked in vinegar
Wash black beans and fry them in a dry pan until the beans crack and bloom; Find a glass jar that can be sealed, put the fried beans into the glass jar and pour in the old vinegar. Don't fill the glass jar, and the amount of vinegar must not exceed that of black beans, because the vinegar will swell after a while; Seal the jar and put it in the shade or in the refrigerator. Black soybean milk
Wash black beans and soybeans (1: 1) and soak them until they swell (usually soak for three or four hours). Put beans into a soymilk machine and add water to beat soymilk; Pour the soybean milk into the filter to remove the residue, then pour it into the soup pot to boil, stirring while cooking to prevent the pot from being burnt. When the soybean milk is slightly boiling, turn to low heat and keep boiling for three to five minutes to ensure that the soybean milk is cooked thoroughly. Stewed trotters with black beans
Soak black beans for 2-3 hours after cleaning; Wash and blanch pig's trotters to remove blood foam. Slices of ginger and onion are washed and tied into knots; Put pig's trotters, chopped green onion and ginger slices into a casserole and add appropriate amount of water; Black beans and soaked black beans are also poured into the casserole; After the fire boils, simmer for about 3 hours, and then add some salt to taste.
Black bean black chicken soup
Cleaning black-bone chicken and removing internal organs; Dry-fry black beans in an iron pan until the skin of the beans cracks, then wash them with clear water and dry them for later use. Wash Polygonum Multiflori Radix, Fructus Jujubae and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens respectively, remove the core from Fructus Jujubae and peel and slice Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens for later use. Add some water to the casserole, bring it to a boil, add black beans, Polygonum Multiflori Radix, black-bone chicken, red dates and ginger, continue to simmer for about 3 hours, and season with salt.
