Today I brought this clam and tofu soup, I added wakame and vermicelli, delicious and nutritious. Ingredients
Clams 300g
Small tofu 300g
Wakame 200g
Vermicelli 1 handful
Small green onion 2 stems
Ginger 6 slices

Steps

2. Boil hot water in a pot, add cooking wine, ginger slices, and put the clams to cook for a while to get rid of the fishy flavor.
3. Fish out after boiling and set aside.
4. Cut tofu into cubes, chop the side dishes, and you are ready to start making food.
5. Add a little oil to the casserole and saute the peppers.
6. Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry well, then add 500ml of water.
7. Bring the pot to a boil, then add the tofu and boil the pot over high heat.

Tips
