Silent practice before the imperial court
Production method: remove the pedicel of elm, screen out impurities with a sieve, and wash.
The ingredients are wheat flour (rice flour or miscellaneous grains flour can also be selected according to preferences).
The adhesive is salt, garlic paste, vinegar and sesame oil (don't use it if you don't like it).
1. Prepare a clean cage cloth and spread it on the bottom of the steamer (large enough to wrap all the rice with elm). Spread a layer of elm evenly on the steamer cloth, then spread a layer of dry flour, then spread a layer of elm, and so on.
2. Then cover it with a cage cloth to prevent water from dripping into the pot cover. Steam in a cage for about 20 minutes.
Note: Use dry flour instead of water. Mixing glutinous rice with sticky materials has a special taste.
