Noodles (preferably thin round noodles) Moderate amount

A little pinch of salt (1/2 teaspoon)
A little bit of monosodium glutamate (1/4 teaspoon)
A little pinch of soy sauce (a teaspoon)

Slice the green onion and set aside. Boil water in a pot.
In an empty bowl, add soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, lard, and rinse with half a bowl of boiling water; the seasoning rinses out the noodle soup.
The rest of the boiling water in the pot is used to cook the noodles, when cooked, pick them up, strain the water, put them into the noodle soup prepared in the previous step and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
