1. Catfish is a rare freshwater economic fish unique to China. It belongs to the Siluriformes of Actinidia, commonly known as fish, fat king fish, jiangtuan fish, fat tuo, white dumb fat and plum mouse. It is unique to China.

2. Because its kiss is longer than that of common fishes of the genus Coilia, it is called a long kiss. Distributed in Liaohe to Minjiang river system, it belongs to bottom fish. It often lives in a river bend with deep water and stony rocks, often lurks in the bottom of the water or in crevices during the day, and goes out for food at night.

The kiss cup is delicious, tender and nutritious, and has always been regarded as a tribute of the court. Before the 1970s, it relied entirely on rivers for fishing, and artificial farming began in the 1980s. Due to long-term overfishing, the ecological resources of Changsnooker have been seriously exhausted. At present, most of them are artificially cultured in ponds, cages and factories.
