1. Preparation
Cut the tofu into blocks, and cut the onion and ginger into powder for later use.
Step 2 deal with fish

Step 3 stir-fry spices

Step 4 stew tofu and fish

Step 5 serve on a plate
Dish the stewed Ankang fish with tofu and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips
Tofu stew time should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the taste.
The curing time of fish should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the fresh and tender taste of fish.
In the process of stewing, add some water to avoid stewing.
