Ingredients (this recipe is for a 6-inch chiffon mold): 40g of butter | 80g of crushed Oreo cookies | 200g of milk | 20g of sugar | 250g of yogurt | 120g of strawberry jam | 4 strawberries | 15g of custard slices
Steps
1. Melt the butter over hot water, add the crushed Oreo cookies, and mix well
. 2.2. Mould quiver and Tsa pad a piece of greaseproof paper, the Oreo cookie crumbs poured into the mold and pressed firmly compaction, refrigerated for 30 minutes
3. Milk and sugar stirring heat to 40 degrees, soften the custard tablets with ice water, squeeze out the excess water and add to the milk, stirring and melting
4. Add the yogurt and stir well
5. Add the strawberry sauce and stir well
.6. Pour into a mold and refrigerate for more than 4 hours
7. After solidifying, take off the mold and cut into pieces, arrange the strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar
