Sour cream 40g, sugar 12.5g (I didn't add it) Baking process:
1. Crush digestive cake with a rolling pin
2. Pour in melted butter and mix it well
3. Put it into a mold and press it flat and set it aside
4. Beat the cheese and sugar under hot water and mix them well
5. Add the egg and the sour cream one after the other.
6, pour the cheese paste into the mold, water bath method, oven 150 degrees, 60 minutes
