Raw materials: yuba, water, salt, dishes and pots.
Methods/steps:
1, prepare a clean basin, and then break the yuba into small pieces with a length of about 5 cm.
2. Add warm water of about 40 degrees to the basin, then add appropriate amount of salt and stir well.
3. Then, find a clean dish, buckle it in the basin and cover all the yuba.
4. Finally, after 20 minutes, the yuba will be soaked, soft but not rotten, and then washed with clear water.
