Main ingredient: 400g hawthorn, 120g sugar
Supplement: 60ml water, a few drops of white vinegar
Step 1: Wash hawthorn.
Step 2: Remove the handle and dig out the tip.
Step 3: Sit in a pot, put in white sugar.
Step 4: Pour in water, white vinegar and turn on high heat.
Step 5: Stir constantly with a wooden spatula.
Step 6: Cook until the water has evaporated and a lot of foam rises, turn off the heat.
Step 7: Add hawthorn.
Step 8: Stir slowly until cool and coated with sugar.
