Mushroom shed management
Mushroom shed should be built in a flat place with sufficient water, away from warehouses, chemical plants and other places, from north to south, which is conducive to warming in winter. The temperature of the mushroom shed is too high or too low, the water content is too high, water seepage and other factors lead to no mushrooms, so the pressure of the mushroom shed should be provided with ventilation holes, and all doors and holes must have door leaves, so that ventilation can be opened and closed. In order to control the temperature and humidity, at the same time, the doors and holes should be equipped with gauze to avoid mosquitoes and flies from entering. The top of the greenhouse is covered with a black film, covered with a 30-cm-long straw and covered with a film, which is beneficial to heat preservation.
Raw material formula
The main raw materials for cultivating Agaricus bisporus are straw and cow dung. Dried cow dung is more suitable for cow dung. Such as dry straw 1300 kg, dry cow dung 500 kg, dry chicken manure 350 kg, urea 17.5 kg, cake fertilizer 75 kg, phosphate fertilizer 25 kg, lime 17.5 kg and gypsum 17.5 kg. At this time, the pH value of the culture is about 7.5-8. Or 500 kg of dry straw, 1250 kg of dry cow dung, 40 kg of phosphate fertilizer, 40 kg of calcium carbonate and 50 kg of lime are used as the formula, and the pH value is about 7.5-8.
Heap fermentation
First, the straw is soaked in water in batches, stirred while soaking, so that it absorbs enough water, and then stacked together in layers. There will be water abortion after pre-piling. On the third day after pre-wetting, spread a layer of pre-wetting straw, sprinkle lime powder on the surface, spray water once, sprinkle urea and lime powder, and then spread a layer of straw, and so on until the pre-stacking is completed. Before stacking construction, cow dung, chicken manure and fertilizer are crushed and stirred evenly, then pre-wetted with low-concentration lime and kneaded into balls, and then phosphate fertilizer, gypsum and lime are crushed and stirred evenly, scattered on the surfaces of cow dung and chicken manure, and covered with plastic film after stirring. Fermentation is carried out on the fifth day of straw pre-stacking. Spread the straw on the ground, then sprinkle a layer of mixture of cow dung and chicken dung on the surface, and so on until it is piled up. Finally, spray water to turn over the pile, measure the pH value, and prepare a suitable culture. The water content of the culture is about 64%, the pH value is 7.5-8, and it has no sour taste and special flavor.
sow seeds
When sowing, alcohol disinfection should be carried out in the bacteria container, inoculation base and operator's hands. First, apply half of the bacteria evenly on the surface of the material, then insert your finger into the material and press it slightly, so that the bacteria fall evenly on 3-5 material surfaces, and then apply the remaining half of the bacteria evenly on the surface of the material. After sowing, the temperature should be kept at 22-25℃ and the air relative humidity should be 75%. Within one week after sowing, the ventilation holes should be closed in time to make the bacteria germinate as soon as possible and feed and colonize. After one week, the mycelium can grow normally and achieve normal ventilation.
The above are the cultivation techniques of Agaricus bisporus, I hope to help you.
