What is alfalfa?
Because of the high nutritional value of alfalfa, the research on alfalfa cultivation in China has a history of about 2000 years. It is understood that the efficacy of alfalfa was first recorded in Compendium of Materia Medica written by Li Shizhen.
The common storage method of alfalfa is refrigeration. Proper refrigeration can better retain the water in alfalfa, and the nutrition is not easy to be lost during storage.
