Recipes are full of nutrition! DIY Whole Wheat Bread

By \EthanMom

I shared the photo of the bread on my fan page last time, and even though there was only one mom who asked for the recipe, I'm making it again (I love it too, but there are just more steps to take photos). 25% whole wheat flour has been added to the bread, so it's more nutritious and still tastes great! Ethan's mom thinks it's great on its own, spread with peanut butter, or sliced in half and baked with cheddar cheese until it melts and drizzled with honey.

What is "Whole Grain Flour"

The so-called whole grain flour is also a type of flour, which is made by grinding the epidermis, germ, and endosperm of the wheat into flour, so the color is not the white powder that we usually see, but rather the color of tea brown. It has a higher nutritional value than regular flour, with three times as much iron and dietary fiber as low-gluten flour!

Ingredients

1. 150g of flour 2. 50g of all-purpose flour 3. 1 tbsp of milk powder 4. 1 tbsp of sugar 5. 1/4 tsp of salt 6. 1 tsp of fast-acting yeast 7. 15g of butter 8. 140ml of lukewarm water

Methodology

To do this, you have to make sure that you have the right ingredients. strong>

1. Pour all the ingredients into the inner pot of the bread machine, select "Yeast" > "Dough" > "Start" and wait for the dough to make and the first fermentation.

3. Roll out the dough and sprinkle the surface with a light dusting of all-purpose flour (in addition to the recipe portion). For the sake of clarity, Ethan's mom sprinkled more.) Then, with a dampened knife, make a quick cut in the dough for decoration.

4. Let rise for 30-40 minutes. During the last 10-15 minutes, preheat the oven at 200 degrees.

5. After fermentation, bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
