Peeling method 1. Block stripping method
Wash the pumpkin, divide the pumpkin in two, take out all the pulp of the pumpkin and wash it again. Cut the washed pumpkin into small pieces with a knife, not too small. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and peel it off the chopping board with a knife. It's simple.
2. Liquid immersion method
Put the whole pumpkin into a pot or basin, pour boiling water on the pumpkin from the top until it is submerged, and cover it for 2 minutes. Clean the pumpkin, steam it in a pot, and then dig it out directly with a spoon or a knife, so that only one piece is left, which is super simple.
3. Steaming method
Clean the whole pumpkin and put it in the electric stove. Add a little water to the outer pot (about 1/4 cups). Steam for 3 ~ 5 minutes. Then dig out the pumpkin directly with a spoon or knife, so that there is only one south skin left, which is very simple.
4. Microwave method
Poke a few holes in the pumpkin surface with a fork and heat it in the microwave oven for 3 ~ 5 minutes. Be sure to heat it several times. Don't heat it for too long at a time, lest the pumpkin explode in the microwave oven! ! ! If it is normal for the epidermis to harden after initial heating, microwave it for another 30 seconds to 1 minute and take it out.
5. Stripping method
Cut the pumpkin down from the top center with a knife (some pumpkins are hard, so you can use a rubber hammer to beat the two ends of the knife and slowly push the knife down) or prepare a peeler to peel the pumpkin by peeling potatoes (the process is difficult and it is not recommended to try).
Tips Use kitchen knives, rice cookers and microwave ovens under the supervision of adults.
