Hazelnuts*** are eaten in four ways:
1. Raw food
Hazelnuts are very nutritious and they can be eaten raw, which doesn't affect the nutrients of the hazelnuts.Hazelnuts can be eaten raw as a whole, or ground or chopped. Both fresh hazelnuts and dried hazelnuts are delicious and are often used as snacks or appetizers.
2. Pastries
Hazelnuts are often added to snacks like ice cream, and ground hazelnuts are put into cakes and crumpets. Hazelnuts can be used to make creamy marzipan or to make sandwich chocolate. Creamy marzipan made with hazelnuts is crispy and delicious.
3. Roasting
Place the thin-skinned hazelnuts on a skillet and toast them in the oven until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Roasting, grinding, and chopping all enhance the characteristic hazelnut flavor.
4. Porridge
You can also make some light soup porridge with hazelnuts. Hazelnut, lotus seed, round-grained rice together, not only taste good, but also rich in nutrients, cancer and diabetics can usually drink more.
