The amaranth can be dried to do a variety of food, I introduce a few eating specific method:
Amaranth dumplings: amaranth can be put in hot water after drying in the sun, after the surface of the amaranth half-soft, cut into minced in which to put salt, soy sauce and other favorite seasonings, in which to add chopped meat and mix well. Then use the dumpling skin to wrap the dumplings or buns, put in the pot to steam for about 20 minutes and then you can enjoy the delicious amaranth dumplings.
