3. First put a piece of cod to test the oil temperature. If it turns black inside, it means the oil temperature is high. This kind of cod does not need too high oil temperature, otherwise it is easy to fry.
4. If the oil temperature is suitable, it can be fried for about 1 min. The surface is golden and crisp, the bread crumbs will bloom well and look appetizing.
5. Take out the fried fish and put it on the shelf to drain the oil. Fried food made by yourself, the oil is relatively fresh and healthy, but don't eat it often.
