After the fish has browned a bit, add the soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then add a small bowl of lukewarm water and continue to simmer.

Add the water and simmer for 5-10 minutes, during which time you must be careful to stir-fry every once in a while, because there are scattered fish roe, which will increase the chances of paste pot.
