Step 1
Wash and cut the goose into pieces, put it in a cold water pot, add ginger, blanch with cooking wine, wash and dry.
Second step
Blanching water can remove some flavor, and boiling water for 2 minutes can turn off the fire.
Third step
Re-cut some shredded ginger and garlic, heat the pan, pour in oil, stir-fry ginger and garlic, and pour in goose.
Fourth step
Stir-fry a few times and pour in soy sauce, sugar, spices and water. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer. Because goose is not easy to stew, put more water and stew slowly.
Step five
Stew for about an hour, turn on high heat to collect juice, and add chopped green onion.
