Canned fruit production method
Wash the apples, peel and remove the core, cut into four petals; prepare a pot of boiling water, let it cool and set aside; prepare a canning jar with a lid, brush clean and dry. Put the apples into the canning jar, add the right amount of sugar, and then fill with cold boiled water so that the water is less than the apples. Tighten the lid of the jar. Place the canning jar in a steamer, turn on the kettle and steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat, let it cool, take it out and the canned apples are ready.
