Milk tea: 4 spoons of Nescafe Coffee Mate mixed with 6 spoons of tea (use Lipton black tea for tea, soak tea bag for 5 minutes), add appropriate amount of sugar.
Sago dew: For small sago bought in the supermarket, boil the water first (more water is required), then pour in the sago, uncover the lid and cook for 10 minutes, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, drain. Soak it in sugar water for 10 minutes, then take it out and put it in fresh milk to drink. Put it in the refrigerator and it will taste better!
Coffee: Add some fresh milk/sugar to Nescafe coffee, boil water in proportion, and then freeze it in the refrigerator.
Lemon 7-Up: Buy a bottle of 7-Up and just add a slice of fresh lemon! Don’t soak it for too long!
Ice cream fruit scooping: First cut your favorite fruit into dices, then cut the ice cream into dices, spread the fruit on the ice cream, the dessert shop sells it for 30/portion! But it tastes really good! You can also put sago on the bottom and fruit on top!
The simplest and my favorite summer drink: sour plum soup! Directly brew boiled water with sour plum powder and put it in the refrigerator to chill.
There is also Guozhen, which can be brewed directly.
Finally, there is a new drink "Cranberry" in KFC: 7-up with jelly pudding and strawberry jam!
I like to make my own drinks and am quite diligent. Haha, if you find it troublesome, just go out and buy them yourself
[Ingredients/Condiments] Lemon Smoothie 500ml, small strawberries 225 grams, 150 grams of blackberries, 75 grams of red berries or black currants, 15 ml of fine sugar, 45 ml of orange-flavored white wine. Serves 6. [Production process] 1. Place six 150 ml metal molds in the freezer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile remove the smoothie from the freezer and soften slightly.
2. Use a teaspoon to put the smoothie into the mold and spread it into a 1 cm thick coating on the bottom and all sides. Leave a deep cavity in the center. When making, be sure to use a dish towel to pad the outside of the mold and avoid direct contact with the mold with your hands. Then place the mold back into the freezer.
3. Cut the small strawberries in half and put them into a bowl together with the blackberries and red berries or black currants. Add sugar and wine, stir gently, cover, and refrigerate for more than 2 hours.
4. After the ice water is completely frozen in the mold, use a knife to loosen the edges, and then dip the bowl in hot water for 2 seconds. Pour the smoothie cups into a serving dish and use a fork to turn and loosen the ice cups as needed. If it doesn't come off, dip it in hot water again.
5. Place the ice cup upside down and put it back into the freezer for later use.
6. When eating, put the ice cup into the plate and add fruits and juice.
Looking forward to your satisfaction! Happy summer vacation~!
