How to make screw shrimp
Ingredients: 500 grams of screw shrimp, half an onion, an appropriate amount of green onion and ginger, a small handful of Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers, 2 tablespoons of thirteen spices, and 3 light soy sauces spoon, 1 spoon of salt.
1. Wash the screw shrimps, add a little water and set aside.

The difference between screw shrimp and basal shrimp
Distribution area
The distribution areas of screw shrimp and basal shrimp are different. Snail shrimps are mainly distributed in tropical freshwater and brackish water waters of the Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean. Their origins are concentrated along the coast of Ecuador, while basil shrimps are mainly distributed in coastal waters within 50 meters of sandy bottoms and sea mud.
Appearance size
The appearance size of screw shrimp and base shrimp is different. The screw shrimp is also called the white-legged shrimp. The head and breastplate of the shrimp are filled with gonads. The lower part of the body is white and cast-shaped. Generally, the body length can reach 25-40 cm. The shrimp has special patterns under its body and its forehead is relatively straight. The maximum body length is about 19 cm.
