Choose fresh soybeans, wash them with water and soak them in water for at least 10 hours.
At this point, prepare a generally clean and non-greasy pot, plate or bowl with an absorbent paper at the bottom. Spread the soaked healthy beans on the absorbent paper, cover with a layer of gauze, and keep them moist with a daily spray of water at 20-28 degrees for three or four days.
Before soaking the soybeans, all purchased soybeans should be soaked in fresh water and then cleaned of any dried soybeans floating on the surface.
Selecting soybeans
Select large, full, rounded soybeans, find a small pot of the right size, place the soybeans in the pot, pour in tap water, and soak the soybeans. Soak them until they look like they're all sprouting, and then pour out the water. If the room is warm, this process should take about half a day.
Get a clean cloth, gauze, or cage cloth, moistened with water, and place it over the sprouted beans. There should be no water in the small pot at this time, and then find a warm place to place. Don't put it in direct sunlight and wait for the beans to sprout. Next, if you see that most of the soybeans have sprouted, pick them carefully and discard the ones that have not sprouted. Then it depends on how many bean sprouts you are going to have to choose the right pot, the best way to do this is to find one that is the right size.
