2. Ingredients: taro, walnuts, fresh mushrooms, carrots, celery powder, minced meat, fried onion crisp, salt and black pepper.
3. Wash taro, carrots and fresh mushrooms, shred taro and carrots, dice fresh mushrooms and mince celery for later use.
4. Heat the oil in the pot, saute the garlic, pour the minced pork and stir fry, then add the mushrooms in turn.
5. Stir-fry shredded carrots and taro. Add some water and dried rice to boil, then turn to low heat and season with salt and black pepper.
6. Finally, sprinkle celery powder before cooking. Turn off the fire when the fragrance comes out.
