I. Cat's Ear Wontons
It is a very common way of wrapping wontons, which is characterized by thin skin and large filling.
Prepare the meat filling in the center of the wonton skin;
Fold the sharp corners and glue them tightly;
Fold the two corners inward with your fingers;
Glue the two corners completely overlapping and it's done.
Two: Yuanbao Wontons
This type of wonton wrapping is shaped like a Yuanbao, which is one of the least likely to reveal the filling.
Place the meat filling in the center of the wonton skin;
roll one side of the wonton skin inward to roll up the filling completely;
then press the two sides of the skin tightly, and you are done.
Three: Square Wontons
As the name suggests, they come out square, and look neat and tidy with lots of filling!
Put the filling in the center of the wonton skin;
then fold it in two thirds;
finally bring the two sides together.
