Ingredients: red beans
Accessories: white sugar
Steps
1. Wash the red beans.
2. Put an appropriate amount of water and red beans in the pressure cooker and set the program to cook until cooked. I set it for 30 minutes.
3. Open after the pressure is relieved.
4. After the red beans are slightly cool, add an appropriate amount of water and put them into a food processor to grind.
5. Add the crushed red beans and more than half of the white sugar to the pot and stir-fry over low heat.
6. Stir-fry until the water is almost evaporated, then pour in a small amount of sugar.
7. Fry until the bean paste becomes dry, let it cool and then put it in a water-free and oil-free container.
Tips
I use a pressure cooker to cook red beans, so there is no need to soak them in advance. If it is an ordinary pot, it needs to be soaked for a few hours in advance.
You can add oil or not when frying bean paste, depending on personal preference.
When making bean paste in a food processor, add an appropriate amount of water, otherwise it will not break easily
