Buy a ripe banana (or apple) and put it with durian meat (no matter what you put them together). It will be ripe in about 3 days in cold weather, and about 1 day in hot weather. Because mature bananas (or apples) will release ethylene gas, and ethylene itself is used by many fruit farmers to accelerate ripening. Generally speaking, putting ripe fruit and unripe durian together can play a role in ripening.
2, put the raw durian "cooked":
Wrap the durian whole with two newspapers and put it in a cool place. Don't touch oxygen and air too much, so the durian won't ripen and rot. You can eat it in two days. You can eat it when you see it crack. If you put it down again, it will be too dry. If there is no newspaper, use plastic wrap and thick towels instead of plastic bags.
