Purple glutinous rice dumplings
Ingredients: 600g black glutinous rice, 100g undressed mung beans, 200g pork belly, 3 salted egg yolks, 1 bundle of rice dumpling leaves, 1 bunch of cotton thread,
< p> Accessories: appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of five-spice powder, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of soy sauce.1. Preparation materials: black glutinous rice, stripped mung beans, salted egg yolk, pork belly, rice dumpling leaves, cotton string.
Soak black glutinous rice and undressed mung beans in water for more than 6 hours.
2. Soak the rice dumpling leaves in warm water for 3 hours.
3. Slice the pork belly and marinate it with cooking wine, soy sauce and salt for 30 minutes; cut the egg yolk into small pieces.
4. Add salt and five-spice powder to the soaked black glutinous rice and mix well.
5. Fold the rice dumpling leaves into a funnel shape and add the black glutinous rice first.
6. Add undressed mung beans, pork belly and egg yolk.
7. Add black glutinous rice.
8. Fold it into a triangle and tie it tightly with cotton string.
9. Put the rice dumplings into the pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and press for 30 minutes.
