Materials:
Pork150g, celery150g, 3 dried red peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, 0/-2 slices of ginger/kloc-0, 1 coriander, proper amount of salt,
Appropriate amount of chicken essence and oil.
Marinated meat: chicken essence, salt, soy sauce, starch and oil.
Practice:
Prepare materials: pork is washed and sliced, then salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, starch and oil are added, and marinated for half an hour. Scrambled eggs with celery
Ingredients: three celery, two eggs, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, and a little chicken essence.

Wash the celery
Slant into small pieces
