Slice pork belly, stir-fry in oil until it changes color, add onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, and then add bean paste and stir-fry until red. Then add seasoning and stir-fry evenly until the green garlic is soft.
Third, Dongpo meat
Cut pork belly into large pieces, blanch in cold water and wash. Add the right amount of oil to the pot, add the onion and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Add pork belly pieces, add seasoning, cover the pot, and simmer for 1- 1.5 hours until the pieces are soft and waxy.
