Preparation method:
1. Cut the potatoes into shreds and wash them with water to remove the starch so that they will not stick to the pot when frying.
2. Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, stir-fry the chopped green onion until fragrant.
3. Add shredded potatoes and fry. If they stick to the pot, add some water. With salt.
4. After frying, add some minced garlic, stir-fry twice and take it out of the pot. You can also add some flavoring. If you like it sour, add some vinegar.
