1. Selection of peanuts. Select the new harvested seeds of white-skinned peanut varieties, requiring full grains, consistent size, intact and undamaged, with a bud rate of more than 95%.
2. Soak the seeds to promote germination. Selected peanuts soaked in water for 12-24 hours, so that it fully absorbs water and expands, fish out and rinse with water 2-3 times, directly sown in the sterilized seedling plate, the seedling plate stacked up germination. The top layer of the seedling tray surface covered with a layer of black plastic film insulation and moisturizing, germination temperature of 22-25 ℃ is appropriate, spray water 2-3 times a day.
3. Sowing. The germinated peanuts are placed in a single layer in the cleaned and sterilized seedling tray, with 500 grams of seed per tray.
4. Post-sowing management. Under the condition of 18-25℃, a crop of sprouts can be produced in about 8 days. Peanut buds require a large amount of water during the growth period, spray water 4-5 times a day, so that the buds are all drenched, excess water from the bottom of the disk, the disk can not be waterlogged, otherwise it will rot buds. Peanut buds always keep dark during the growth period, after sowing the seedling tray stacked up, covered with black film shading, a layer of wooden boards pressed on the buds, to give the buds a certain pressure, which can make the buds grow fat and strong. Pick up the rotten seeds and residual buds in time so as not to contaminate other healthy buds.
5. Harvest. When the cotyledons have not yet unfolded, the seed coat has not yet fallen off, the hypocotyl is thick and white, thick as chopsticks, 1.5-2 centimeters long, the root of the tail is 3 centimeters long, no need to root occurs when it is the right time for harvesting. When harvesting the sprouts in plastic baskets rinsed with water, drained, can be packaged on the market. Be careful not to let the seed coat fall off during the rinsing and packing process.
