Pea starch and water
working methods
1. Prepare pea starch and 1 measuring cup.
2. Put 1 cup pea starch into a small pot, and then use the same measuring cup to pour 6 portions of cold water into the small pot, that is, the ratio of starch to water is 1: 6. It doesn't matter what tool you use, as long as the ratio is right.
3. Stir the starch and cold water evenly, that is, stir it into water starch. You can only stir in one direction!
4. Put the pot (the bottom of the pot should not be too thin, otherwise it will be easy to paste the bottom) on the stove, heat it and keep stirring until the mixture in the pot becomes transparent. Turn off the fire.
5. Pour the heated bean jelly paste into a container and cool it slowly. When all this cools down, it can be easily reversed. If you want to cool down quickly, you can put it in the middle freezer and take it out after cooling.
6. Buckle the cool bean jelly on the chopping board for cutting cooked food, scrape it clean with bean jelly, scrape it into strips, or cut it into a favorite size and put it in a container.
Step 7: Add your favorite seasoning.
