Ingredients
1 lemon, 2 coriander, 1 chili, 2 garlic, 3 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cold water, white vinegar 1 tablespoon
Method
1. Squeeze the juice from the lemon; wash and drain the coriander, chili pepper, and garlic kernels, then chop them into fine pieces and set aside.
2. Take a bowl, first pour the fish sauce, fine sugar, cold water and white vinegar into the bowl, then add the ingredients of step 1 and mix well.
