Cooked rice cooled, diced into cucumber, diced carrots, fried egg pancake, diced. Make a 1 cm thick plug with white radish.
Squid gutted and washed, remember, keep the inside of the large piece of squid paste, squid along with squid paste with soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, pepper, green onions, ginger and garlic marinated for 15 minutes.
Squid paste cut into cubes, fried, along with rice and other various dices, mix well. Fill the squid cavity. Seal with a white carrot stopper.
Preheat oven, upper and lower heat, 150 degrees, bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Finish the product by cutting 1 cm long segments and serve with soy sauce (horseradish) or salad dressing.
For microwave oven, turn it on auto heat for 10 minutes. Poke a few holes in the squid with a toothpick beforehand so it doesn't explode.
