1. Buddha Jumps Over the Wall. Founded in the Juchunyuan Hotel in Fuzhou, the predecessor restaurant "Juchunyuan" is second to none in Fujian cuisine and has a long-standing reputation. It is truly the number one in Fujian cuisine.
2. Half moon sinks into the river. The dish "Half Moon Sinking in the River" has distinct colors due to the mushrooms and gluten, which looks like the shadow of a half moon sinking on the bottom of the river.
3. Cut the river frog. The famous Han Hakka cuisine in Fujian Province belongs to the Tingzhou Hakka cuisine.
4. The large yellow croaker spins out silver threads. The dishes use 2 large yellow croakers produced in Sandu'ao, Ningde, which are deep-sea cultured in large cages. A fish is cut into a square shape, fried into a dragon shape, and poured with homemade sweet and sour sauce.
5. Nanri abalone. Produced in Nanri Island, Putian City, Fujian Province, it is famous for its fresh water quality and moderate water temperature. It uses fresh kelp, seaweed, and asparagus as bait, and is close to natural green food. Its meat is tender and delicious.
