Third, yam duck soup
Ingredients: 2 duck legs, onion root 1 segment, 2 slices of ginger, dried tangerine peel 1 segment and 2 segments of codonopsis pilosula.
The way of doing things
1. Go home and bone the duck leg and cut the meat into pieces. You can cook soup together without throwing out the bones, but it is convenient to eat and looks more fleshy, hahaha!
2. Prepare a section of onion root and two pieces of ginger in advance. First, the goose and duck bones are cooked, and the blood and slag are removed.
Then I fished it out and washed it, put it in a clean hot pot, and put a piece of onion root and a piece of ginger. I put a slice of orange peel, fresh and dry, which is also very helpful for removing fishy smell.
4. Next, put two pieces of Codonopsis pilosula, two pieces of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and one piece of dried Polygonum Multiflori Radix into a pressure cooker and press for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and skim the excess oil from the fried noodles.
5. Then add the yam section, open the lid and cook until the yam is soft and rotten.
6. Put a little salt to taste when drinking.
