"Thai Sakya", which we locally call "Sakya head", is a Thai variety of "Sakya" (which we also call "Ringo"). It's a Thai variety of the "Fanshi" (we also call it "Ringo").

"Thai Sakya" and "lychee" the same way to eat, are waiting for its after cooked (that is, pressed soft) to eat, eat your picture below inside the white gourd.
