1. Take an appropriate amount of purple potatoes steamed, or microwave and baked. I personally recommend the latter, faster, and will not get the pot colored ~
2. Steamed purple potatoes cut into small pieces into the milk.
3. Heat the milk over low heat until it comes to a boil, then it will turn a nice purple color!
4. The amount of purple potatoes and milk depends on personal taste.
Tips
The purple potatoes must be steamed before adding the milk, otherwise you will find that the milk from raw purple potatoes will be a strange blue color.
