How to deal with heatstroke? Threatened heatstroke. Staying in a high temperature environment for a long time, if you sweat a lot, have a headache and dizziness, can't concentrate when doing things, have general fatigue, nausea and vomiting, and have chest tightness, it means that your body is dehydrated. In this case, you should leave the high temperature environment immediately, choose a cool and ventilated place, drink a small amount of water many times, and choose light salt water, sports drinks or mung bean soup and vegetable soup, which will be relieved in a few minutes.
Mild heatstroke. The symptom of mild heatstroke is facial flushing, the skin has obvious burning sensation, the body temperature reaches above 38℃, and it is often accompanied by vomiting, moist skin, cold hands, feet and heart, and rapid heartbeat. At this time, it can't be reversed by resting and drinking water. You should seek medical examination and treatment at the first time. When heatstroke occurs, you need to spray a proper amount of warm water on your body, and then blow it with a fan to make the warm water evaporate and lower your body temperature. But you can't wipe your body with alcohol to avoid the fan blowing directly on your body.
Severe heatstroke. When severe heatstroke occurs, there have been problems in body function, including abnormal liver and kidney function, nervous system damage and electrolyte disorder, and sudden death may occur in severe cases. In this case, you need to call 120 immediately for first aid, and at the same time, quickly cool down the body, move the patient to a cool place, spray warm water or wipe it with a wet towel, immediately turn on the electric fan or air conditioner, and do it for many times until the body temperature drops below 38.5℃.
How to prevent heatstroke? Drink more water. In summer, you should carry a cup with you, and the amount of water you drink a day should not be less than 2000 ml. Long-term outdoor workers should increase the amount of water they drink. Don't drink too much water at one time, especially iced drinks. Just drink 200 ~ 300ml every 1~2 hours. Those who sweat more should supplement electrolytes appropriately, such as sports drinks or light salt water, vegetable soup and so on.
Learn to cool down physically. When the body is too hot, you can't take a cold shower, and you can't run to the air-conditioned room immediately, which is easy to induce a cold or cause cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents. The correct way is to wipe the large blood vessels with warm water and use water evaporation to lower the body temperature.
Control exercise intensity. Exercise time should be arranged in the morning or evening, and pay attention to hydration before, during and after exercise. When the outdoor temperature is greater than 32℃ and the humidity is greater than 60%, it should be changed to indoor exercise. You can't wear a hat for a long time outdoors. Wearing a hat for a long time will produce too much sweat, create a hot and humid environment locally, increase the humidity of the head, and easily lead to heatstroke. So take off your hat every 1~2 hours, wipe the sweat on your head, and keep your head ventilated and cool.
People who drink less water, people with underdeveloped sweat glands, people with diarrhea and poor sleep quality, obese people and strenuous exercise are prone to heatstroke, so they should take active precautions. It is worth reminding that cold medicines and diuretic antihypertensive drugs containing pseudoephedrine can inhibit perspiration, affect the body's heat dissipation function, and are prone to heatstroke, so you should pay more attention to rest during medication. Take heatstroke medicine with you, such as Huoxiang Zhengqi water or ten drops of water, in case of emergency, but these two medicines cannot be used at the same time, because both medicines contain alcohol.
