2 grams of soy sauce, 25 grams of fermented bean curd, 1 grams of yellow wine, 1 grams of sugar, 1 gram of monosodium glutamate, 8 grams of onion, ginger and garlic, 8 grams of aniseed powder, appropriate amounts of sesame oil and thickener, and a small amount of monascus pigment.
