Agar
Matcha powder
Mango
Icing sugar
Water
Matcha Jelly Directions ?
Weigh out the agar to the right weight, clean it slightly and keep it ready for use.
Prepare 1 gram of matcha powder (actually less than 1 gram amount) this as you like to put.
Dice the mango and set aside.
Pour the water and agar into a saucepan and cook until the agar melts.
Put in a moderate amount of icing sugar (I put in less).
6. Add matcha powder.
7. Let it cool until it is almost solidified, then add in the diced mango. Set aside and wait until completely solidified. Feel free to put it in the fridge for better flavor.
